I’m Kim Bennett, a content design leader focused on complex product experiences, including cybersecurity. I explore how organizations can turn content strategy into shared infrastructure - so people and AI can execute with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence.
One insight, one tactic, and one tool.
Cybersecurity experiences ask people to understand risk, identity, access, incidents, and action - often under pressure. The language is technical, the journeys cross products and roles, and inconsistency can erode both comprehension and trust. That makes security a powerful proving ground for strategy, systems thinking, and responsible AI-enabled scale.
Object-oriented UX (OOUX) is central to how I do that work. Naming the objects in a domain, defining their attributes, and mapping their relationships gives teams a shared model of the system - the structure that content strategy, product decisions, and AI-enabled execution can all build on.
Portfolio coming soon.
Case studies from my work will live here.
I speak and teach about strategic influence, content systems, AI, and the role of content design in complex product organizations. I also coach content designers and UX writers who want to grow from excellent execution into strategy, influence, and leadership.
Influence follows people who deliver value. This workshop gives you a repeatable framework to put to practice.
I help content designers and UX writers grow into strategic, confident, high-impact leaders.
